Summary: My son was graduating from NC state but lives in Winston Salem. This was the perfect spot for 5 adults and served as a great base camp. There were many small touches included and communication was immediate. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Condo was clean and accommodating. Close to town with lots of restaurants and grocery store close by. Will definitely consider renting this condo again if back in the area. Prompt response from management when I had questions. I was very satisfied!!

Summary: We were here to visit our daughter in college for 6 nights. It was the perfect place. It was close to her college, grocery store, shopping. The house was clean and had so many extras such as toothbrushes, tooth paste, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. The kitchen was well equipped and great for cooking the home cooked meals our daughter craved. The only downside was the small kitchen table. We had two of her friends over for dinner, making us 6 people, and it only holds 4. We brought two of the chairs in from the screened in porch and made it work. I loved walking the neighborhood everyday, hardly any traffic. Also great to be able to do our laundry there. Communication was good with owners and keypad entry was nice and easy. One thing we couldn’t figure out was when was trash/recycling day. I heard the garbage truck one morning and ran the cans out. We would definitely recommend this lovely place and would stay again!

Summary: Wonderful property in a quiet, safe neighborhood within 10 minutes of almost everything in Winston-Salem. Good walking area (albeit hilly). Home was recently renovated with a very nice kitchen and bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower. Owner has stocked almost every amenity under the sun from K-Cups with creamer, sugar and Sweet and Low to wrapped toothbrushes and toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. Frequent travelers will even appreciate the high quality of the toilet paper provided! Nice place at a fair price.

Summary: The duplex is charming and comfortable. There isn’t really a yard to take pets out in, you have to walk down the street to a green area. The host is extremely quick to respond. Amazing supply of everything you can think of to make your stay an easy one. Highly recommend
